Our Fees

Our referral fees are based on the total amount of the Plaintiff’s claim, or the total amount of the Defendant’s Counterclaim, whichever is the higher.

Our referral fee chargeable is equivalent to one percent (1%) of your clients’ total claim, or the total amount of the Counterclaim against your client(s), whichever is the higher, but subject to a cap of Hong Kong Dollars One Hundred Thousand only (HK$100,000).  The referral fee is payable in full upon signing the Retainer with us.

Our minimum referral fee is HK$30,000, which is non-refundable, for a Retainer of six (6) calendar months.  The Retainer may be extended by agreement.
